Diet Food / Low Calorie Cooking:3 Days Diet Plan.

\";3 day diet\";
Instructions:

Drink 4 glasses of water or diet soda per day.

You can add herbs, salt, pepper, lemon, vinegar, Worcestershire, soy sauce, mustard & ketchup to your foods.

DAY 1

BREAKFAST

Black Coffee or Tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal

1/2 Grapefruit or Juice

1 Toast with 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter

LUNCH

1/2 Cup of Tuna

1 Toast

Black Coffee or Tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal

DINNER

3 Oz. any lean meat or chicken

1 cup green beans

1 cup carrots

1 apple

1 cup regular vanilla ice cream

DAY 2

BREAKFAST

black coffee or tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal

1 Egg

1/2 Banana

1 Toast

LUNCH

1 cup cottage cheese or tuna

8 regular saltine crackers

DINNER

2 beef franks

1 cup broccoli or cabbage

1/2 cup carrots

1/2 banana

1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

DAY 3

BREAKFAST

black coffee or tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal

5 regular saltine crackers

1 oz. cheddar cheese

1 apple

LUNCH

1 boiled egg

1 toast

black coffee or tea w/1-2 packets of Sweet & Low or Equal

DINNER

1 cup tuna

1 cup carrots

1 cup cauliflower

1 cup melon

1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

Hi! I just wanted to know that how should drink the methi water ? Should u drink it with the methi in it or u have u take that out? Plz let me know!

when you say drink methi water you mean methi seeds soaked in water or kasuri methi leaves or fresh methi. if you mean seeds how many should you soak in how much water.

try having a couple of ripe tomatoes early morning in empty stomach (or) have 1/4 tspoon honey, few drops of lemon juice in 1 glass of lukewarm water. Do u get ur periods regularly? because for me after delivery my periods were not regular and i had put on weight suddenly. now my periods r regular and i am back to my original shape. for this have few drops of lemon juice in barley water early morning or methi water(soak methi overnight next day have methi with that water in empty stomach).
as a part of ur diet try these
avoid rice at night.
mix bran,soya flour to ur atta when u make rotis. have 2-3 glasses of water before starting ur lunch/dinner. whenever u feel hungry have fruits(avoid papaya,banana,mango) and salads(avoid beetroot) or buttermilk.
have lots of water.
when preparing cofee/tea use 1/4 tspoon sugar,1/2cup milk.
