My daughter has just completed 4 yrs, She very active & fast learner. In her first interview (group of six people) she answered every one questions, As she is active and little naughty so will make noice, which her teacher did not like, she scared for couple of times, she is so afraid of her teacher that she sitting calm in the class, when she has a problem she will not goto her, saying that she may beat her, she almost lost her confidence, she participated in fancy dress competetion, but she did not speak single word in front of the crowd. How to help my daughter in getting her bold ness back please help me, Now she refuses to participate any competetion.

I also have 4 year old daughter and she is not very confident in public. In fact very recently she also refused to go for fancy dress competition on stage. Everyday she was crying before going to school and complaining that her teacher scolds her a lot.

Well, I met her teacher in school and told her the problem. I suggested that instead of scolding if she says \";Good\"; for small accomplishments it might help my daughter. After that teacher stopped scolding her and now my daughter happily goes to school. Also she took part in singing performance in school and this time she was not afraid to be on the stage. May be it was group activity but still it boosted her confidence.
