the things i am giong to mention will help to reduce ur weight thru food
* things to follow
first u should start with fasting .
in ayurveda fasting for only oneday every month helps to clean all unwanted poisons[entered thru medicine and other means] in our body
also it helps u to have confidence to reduce
next thing is try to drink hot water now and then it helps u to reduce ur weight[ everyday morning a pot full of water should be heated to boiling and pour it in any hot jug and use now and then
drinking honey with lemon and having walk with empty stomach helps a lot
try to have only black tea or coffee after one hour taking honey
then in the morning have fruits mainly melons pomegranate oranges apple etc say no mango chikoo guava etc since they have much carb
or try to have dosa or idly made with sprouted cereals like moong dal or horse gram etc with little chutney .try to make dosa without oil u can just add a drop of oil in a dosa pan spread wtih an half cut onion and pour dosa.
try to use soya flour in all ways like having
dosa or chappathi with soya flour[its rich in protien and doesnt put weight]
after eating have a glass full of hot very hot water in order to eliminate oil from food[chutney].
try to uselot of veg in ur food
there two types of veges
positive veges and neg veges
positvie veg are those which are grown above ground level like beans, ladies finger etc
it helps u to have a positive mind and a healthy living
neg veg are those grown under ground like tubers
potato corm etc try to avoid having such veg since they spoil ur body and also ur mind
after noon have only a cup of rice and lots of veg, greens etc
evening only black tea or coffee
only one glass
night have chappathi made using more soya flour and less wheat that too with out oil
food usually i used to reduce my weight
morning
3 small dosa made with sprouted moong or horse gram with out oil with littlie chutney [coconut or sambar]
after noon 1 cup rice and cabbage and green
to make cabbage
put 3/4 of shredded cabbage and 1/4 of moong dhall in cooker with 1/4 cup moong dhall and 3 pods of garlic one onion allow one whistle
after the steam is off pour one teaspoon of oil and add jeera and one chillie to it put the cabbage to it have this as rice add sambar or any gravy to it and eat
simillarly u can use bottlegourd, banana stem or chow chow instead of cabbage.
or u can have greens
in a cooker take greens 3/4 and moong dhall 1/4
small onions 10 nos garlic 4 jeera little tomato [optional]1 with little water allow one or 2 whistle remove and have instead of rice
with any gravy or butter milk
then have only very hot water when ever u need to drink after ur food since hot water removes the oil present in our food
night also food made from soya or other cereals
note
never eat banana as its rich in carb and it put weight
if u carve for fried food have only little and after that have hot water
addtion of shredded raddish with chappathi flour and make chappathi [it reduce weight]
addtion of jeera[blood pressure controller] and fenugreek [weight reducer] and garlic [cholestral reducer] more i ur food helps a lot to reduce ur weight
adding 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder in ur food helps to purify ur blood and also good in reducing weight. toxin remover also
having a drink made with banana stem[inner white pith of banana plant] helps alot to reduce weight and also to remove stones from kidney and gall bladder
cut b.stem into cubes add little curd and pepper powder asafoetida, salt and grid and squeze the juice and drink it either early morning eith empty stomach or after one hour of food intake
try to avoid usage of coconut in ur gravy instead u can use skimmed milk pwder that too little
try to see that u have 4 pods of garlic and 1/2 spoon of pepper and litte jeera in any form in ur food everyday
having curry leaves food helps to reduce weight add grind fresh curry leaves paste .add in a kadai 1 teaspoon oil add mustard allow to splutter it and add curry paste and rice mix well and have it i afternoon
try to have walk for an hour either inside home or outside
try to use upstairs 3 to 5 times a day
lying in vajrasana for half an hour and learn any thing
try to sit and stand while taking bath[taking water from tub with a mug]
