hi m merried girl.my age is 22 and height id 5,6 bt i m really in troble.i got merried a few months ago..i m healthy by nature.bt now a days i m getting more weight n looking horible as my husband and every1 make fun of me.i dont knw wat to do.no gym or doctor is required here tht i can take suggestion.............i NEED UR PEOPLES HELP.PLZ PLZ PLZ HELP ME.
i want to look slim ..my weight is 93 kg...its horrible.isnt it?
and i m nt concieving pregrancy....everything is going difficult for me i need u poeple help in my diet routine....tht i can weight lose fast..i cnt enjoy my life....plz plz plz help me....and tell me everything in details...........

please relax,
It is very natural that we put on weight soon after marriage. There are various physical, mental and hormonal changes during these new phases in our lives. Its a good sign that u are thinking about ways to reduce. Also as u said u r only recently married, so u dont hae to worry about getting pregnant. Give urself and ur husband atleast a years time to know each other and make a stronger bond. After a year u can think of yr baby i feel. Till then dont bring the thought of pregnancy in yr mind. Once ur mind stops thinking of kids ..u will be little relaxed and enjoy ur relationship better. Try to moderate ur food intake and do 30 minute exercise at home. You dont always have to go to gym. U can try skipping, yogasan, push ups and simple leg and body movements. Try the internet they show graphically how to exercise. Drink lots of water and eat timely foods, dont eat anything in between atleast for 5 days in a week. All the best!

Hey don' t worry.

go for a diet as surabhi mentioned along with this consult a doctor regarding thyroid test.Becaz of this also weight will gain more and infertility problems.

Dont worry: first of all u will need to have strong will power, only then u will be able to do anything. Dieting along will not help laong with it some physical exercise is also reqd.( u can start with climbing staircase)
In breakfast u should go for sprouted along with skimmed milk after that u can have plenty of fruits and salads, then in lunch instead of going of roti sabzi seperately, u can go for stuffed
roti without ghee along with curd.
during tea time u can go for a cupof tea along with 2 marie biscuits or roasted channas during dinner u can for soup and salad, if reqd 1 or 2 chapati with dal (boild)
people will keep on laughing but u will have to do everything for u and ur husabnd seriusly.
