How to reduce the excess fat in tummy and tighs? I am a vegeterian...and a working woman.. So, dont have much time for excercise.

hi mm,
You can reduce ur excess fat in tummy and tighs through some work outs and dieting. Climb the stears daily to reduce the excess fat at ur thighs- 300-400 steps would be good for immediate result.
Doing the Skipping workout with wire skipping rope will be a good one to reduce ur excess fat ar ur tummy.
Dont take Rice food at ur dinner.Eatting rice food at dinner will lead to unnecessary fat at ur tummy and around ur hip..

the only way to reduce excess fat is through weight loss. There is no way to target specific areas despite what some companies/people will promise you.
