Your baby is too smalland i think it is better u dont do GM diet program now.Day 2 i ate one potato and then lots of veg soup and some veg curries.U have to do abdominal exercises to get rid of your paunch.U can join some gym or aerobic classes.Make sure u dont eat fatty food.Avoid fried foods, sweets etc.Use less oil while cooking.good luck

hai feather,
u should do abdominal exercises everyday.why dont u do some basic exercises at home/that will be good.u can do jogging at home for 15 minutes everyday and gradually u can increase it upto 30 minutes. For jogging u need not go out of the house .stand at one place in your house and then start jogging Standing in the same place.

Avoid all fried and fatty food and reduce intake of rice and other junk foods.Wearing belt does not do any good.u have to strengthen the abdominal muscles by doing exercises.Good luck.
