Name: shanthi

Hi all,

I am 5'2'' and 120pounds.I like to reduce my body fat(which is specially stored on my hips and butts). From past 2 weeks I am going to the gym. I like to even diet but I am not sure how to cook the vegetables without fat as I am from south India. My friends suggested me to eat steamed vegetables.I could eat them for only 2 days and other the days I crave for good food. Please suggest me how to cook dals and veggies without much fat for rotis or chapatis. Can someone tell me how to cook the bittergourd without loosing its vitamins.
Thanks in advance

boil all the ingredients with water and sambar powder {1 tea spoon} and then in a pan pour 2 tea spoon of oil add fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds allow it to split and pour to dal

tips to make different chappathi
add shredded raddish or beetroot or drumstick leaves{raw} or carrot to the flour and make dough with it
addtion of pepper powder in dal will reduce weight
drinking pepper water [boiling pepper in water] at evening 4 also helps you
