IT IS JUST A TEMPORARY DIET U CAN TRY IT EVERY MONTH JUST FOR A WEEK.IT WILL HELP YOU LOOSE 3 TO 5 KG A WEEK AND OFCOARSE DONT FORGET WALKING.
The Fat-Burning Soup or Variant Mono-Meal Diet
This is a one-week diet, where in you loose 7-10 pounds while eating as much as you want. The central food is a homemade vegetable soup, which can be prepared in bulk and frozen or refrigerated. The diet is ‘user-friendly’ and is very successful.

Weeklong Menu Plan
All foods are ‘eat all you want’, unless otherwise stated:

Day 1: Soup
Day 2: Soup and raw fruits (except Banana and Mango)
Day 3: Soup and any vegetables (except Corns and Potatoes)
Day 4: Soup
Day 5: Soup and skimmed milk (2 glasses)
Day 6: Soup and tomatoes and boiled lean meat (284-568 gm)
Day 7: Soup and steamed brown rice.
Return to your normal food life style.

Effectiveness
This is a perfect short-term diet for weight loss. It satisfies some nutritional need, offers variety, simplicity of preparation and has a specific time limit.

Benefits
Possible more nutritious than the ordinary food eating habits of many people.
It provides low fat and lots of complex carbohydrates.
Drawbacks
It is no a plan for long-term health.
It is not recommended a long-term maintenance diet.
It lacks daily access to complete protein.

The Cabbage Soup Diet and Recipe
The cabbage soup can be eaten at any time you feel hungry during the day, and you can eat as much as you wish as often as you like.

Ingredients:
6 Large Green Onions
2 Green Peppers
1-2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
1 Bunch Celery
1 Package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1-2 Cubes of Buillion (if desired)
1 head cabbage
Cut vegetables into small pieces and cover with water. (V-8 juice and water can be used). Boil fast for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are tender. Season to taste with salt, pepper,parsley, etc. EAT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT WHENEVER YOU WANT ANY TIME OF THE DAY.
