Subject:  losing pregnancy weight tips



I would like share my experience of weight loss after i had my baby. i had only healthy and wholesome diet which were rich in fibres. i made it a point to exercise daily after the initial recovery period and also i increased my water intake which in turn increased my metabolism. This way i lost all my pregnancy weight

It' s been nearly a year after the birth of my baby. i had gained around 20 kgs during my pregnancy. i have lost only 8 kgs till now. i think i should have lost all the baby weight by now. how can i lose the flab.....

hi, have patience. it´ s not been a year and you are worried about your weight. Weight lost gradually is better than quick weight loss. i do not know your daily routine. a healthy diet coupled with exercises will help you to lose weight easily after delivery.
