Weight Loss:Right way to lose pregnancy weight

I am still carrying a lot of pregnancy weight even though my baby is now 3 months old. Will I be able to lose this weight? What is the right way to lose pregnancy weight without having health issues? how much weight loss should I aim for in the beginning?

Three months is a very short time to lose your 9 month pregnancy weight. I agree with Rikdha, it will take longer to get back to your pre-pregnancy shape. you have to follow an exercise program along with healthy food choices. You will also be glad to know that breastfeeding also helps in weight loss.

have realistic expectations and you will be able to lose pregnancy weight. It took nearly 9 months to put on that baby weight, so losing that much weight in a month is impossible. Even if you did lose so much weight so quickly it wouldn' t be healthy for you. have patience.
