Diet Food / Low Calorie Cooking:Dal (gram) Haluwa

Can anyone tell me how to prepare Dal (gram) haluwa (it's a sweet dish)

you will need:
1 cup moong dal
1 cup sugar
1 cup ghee
2 cups vit D milk
1 big spoon besan
1 cup water
Almonds
Cardammom powder/nutmeg powder
cashews

Method:
soak dal for 4-5 hours and then grind it well.
Make a syrup of sugar and water.
Heat ghee in a non stick pan and add dal paste.
Add Gram Flour
Fry on med low to med till ghee separates
Add milk. when it dries up add sugar syrup little by little.
When it dries up add cardammom powder(or nutmeg powder-only one of them as per your wish), cashews and almonds.

And yup! your hulwa is ready.
