u can make soyabean curry.
the recipe is as follows:
put a handful of soyabean chunks(ruchi's brand) in boiling water with some salt. turn off the gas. After abt 5 mins(when they swell up), remove from hot water, put under cold water and then squeeze out all the excess water. Then cut each chunk into 2-3 small pieces. Keep aside.

next, chop an onion and blend it in a mixer. Now, heat some oil, add cumin seeds when hot, and then add the onion paste. When almost done, add 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste and keep stirring. Meanwhile make puree of one tomato or you can even chop it finely. Add this to the done onion paste and cook till oil separates. Then add haldi, chili pwdr, dhaniya pwdr, salt and garam masala. Now put the soya chunks in this and add water depending on how much thick you want. Cover and boil for a few mins. Garnish with corriander leaves.
You can eat this with chapati or rice.

You can also do one simple thing(that i do). Make the soya chunks ready(as i wrote in the first part) and add them to any vegetable or curry or rice dish. This is very easy.

Soyabeans have the highest level of protein.
