True observation, Today's generation cannot do as much work and running around as much as we did. this is only due to good home made food which is full of nutrients

Our parents and grandparents always relied on home made food so we were more resistant to diseases and illnesses and could do more work easily. But today's formula fed generation is a sissy compared to us.
