Infertility investigations and management
do not follow a rigid schedule of tests and procedures. You will only be
asked to undergo those tests and procedures that have a bearing on your
particular case. For example, if your periods have stopped, (amenorrhoea)
you will be required to do tests that measure the levels of certain hormones
in your body (hormone assays).
If on the other hand, you have a
history suggesting that your tubes may be blocked, then a tubal patency
test will be required as a preliminary investigation. There are also cases
where treatment can be started at your first visit to the clinic and you
may return pregnant before any actual investigations have been set in motion.

I am 41 years woman, married singe last 1 year 8 months.
Earlier my menstruation period lasted about 5 days but now almost 4 days.
A medical test just before our marriage indicated normal for both of us but still I am not pregnant besides by husband does not perform regularly
Can I still get pregnant normally or using as minimum possible medical assistance?
Any drug or some injection might boost the chance of getting me pregnant?
