i just typed into google "feeling blue" to make sure the english expression is the correct one for feeling depressed, i suffer from a chronic depression and i've been feeling rather down even when i'm medicated well enough, i just really liked the way the advices were given, even though some of the pointers are meant for women, i just fealt quite uplifted by how it was written, thanks :)

meditate-if you feel depressed, then meditate. try to recite some holy words from the holy book you are most familiar with. go to temple, gurudwara, or church and listen to kirtan and try to do some volunteer work. you definately feel much better.
