I agree with Kiran, it is very important to learn yoga properly before practicing it on your own from a yoga expert as it is very necessary to do it properly. If you do not learn properly, you may not be able to practice yoga properly.

According to me, mistake which people make while practicing yoga or meditation is that they are not consistent in practicing yoga or meditation and as such they may not get immediate result after practicing yoga or meditation. Remaining consistent while practicing yoga or mediation is very important.

Lot of people are not aware of how to practice yoga properly and they end up making lot of mistakes while practicing yoga. The first mistake is that they try to practice yoga for the first time on their own which is very wrong. You must always seek yoga experts help for learning yoga and then you should practice yoga on your own after learning it properly.
