Although, the first trimester can be difficult, you shall be able to return back to a normal life from your second trimester.

If you are suffering from insomnia, there may be an underlying depression behind this. If you feel like you are losing interest or feeling helpless, you can always bring up such matters to your doctor. Your doctor may suggest suitable treatments if necessary.

4. Dealing with Strange Dreams

You need to remember and keep reassuring yourself that whatever you dream does not necessarily mean should happen. Good breathing techniques and relaxation methods done under the supervision of certified expert after consulting your doctor shall help reduce your anxiety and you shall start feeling better.
