miscarriage are even higher.
Your blood vessels start dilating when your skin gets heated up and takes away blood from your placenta, which eventually increases your risk of
preterm labour.
Body Massage
Prenatal massage done by a certified messure can indeed be very wonderful in pregnancy and you can keep at bay most of your aches and pains with a good massage. However, before getting into the massage session, it is important to let your therapist know that you are expecting and how many weeks pregnant you are. massage during pregnancy.
Lie down in a comfortable position. When you lie on your back after the 5th month mark you may end up dropping your pressure and the chances of you fainting also increases.
