You must also seek approval of your doctor before your go for massage during pregnancy.
Lie down in a comfortable position. When you lie on your back after the 5th month mark you may end up dropping your pressure and the chances of you fainting also increases. Therapists generally use side pillows when you are lying down to prevent any such occurrences. You may find sleeping on sides more comfortable.

Your skin tends to get all the more sensitive when you are pregnant and thus you need to be extra cautious. It is better if you skip the scrubs and processes like chemical peels and microdermabrasion. You may however opt for the gentle facials that do not involve use of any chemical based produts.
Waxing too shall not appear that easy or relaxing like before. You also must be very careful when waxing after the 9th month. It is better to stay away from it if you find it too painful.
It is better to go for a patch test before opting for lotions in the treatments sessions in spa. If you find no irritation or changes even after 10 minutes you may go ahead with it. Chemicals used in nail salons are not vey conclusive and thus you should be careful while using them in pregnancy. There are spas known to use products free from DBP, formaldehyde and toluene. But be sure that you let the service provider knows that you are pregnant before you undergo any treatment. At the same time it is also necessary to consult your doctor before undergoing any kind of spa treatment.
Most importantly look for spas that specialises in offering spa services to the pregnant. You must feel free to come up with your questions and queries. Only if the treatments feel easy, relaxing, go ahead and enjoy.
Since you are going through all the bloating, fatigue, aches, and swelling, you shall always want to indulge in some relaxing spa treatments. However, as mentioned before all treatments may not be safe right now and thus you need to discuss all possibilities and look for the one that shall do only good and may cause no harm to you.
You must also be careful while using the essential oils. You must bring it up to your therapist if you feel something is not right. Also, some of the oils are not in line with the phase of pregnancy and thus it is better to have knowledge of those and stay away from them.
