 apples are also great for beautiful skin, appetite suppressor eat an apple before a meal to prevent overeating. apples also protect from lung cancer. for beautiful skin: peel an apple, pare the slices into a small sauce pan add 1/2 cup of milk, heat for 3 mins. don't boil, remove let cool slightly and apply to the face and neck be sure to recline while doing this. don't like apples, try apple cider vinegar, mix 2 tblsps.in a glass of water, drink and then take a tsp. of honey and eat right after. for good overall health.drink everday !!
