Hi I wanted to know if i can give avacaodo and chicko to my 7 month old baby

I used to give my daughter a thick milk shake. Almost like custard. Just blend the fruit with as much milk as u want. My dd loved it

hi

i don' t know about chikoos, but yes you can give avacados to your baby, infact it is very good for babies as it has lot of fat content which is vital for first two years of life. you should a ripe avacado and just peel it and mash it, it is very soft like banana, there is no need of cooking it.
you can add little bit salt or can mix it with any other fruit to give it.
