sometimes we should sideline doctors opinion and go with popular choice, as far as i know, which i came to know through lot of people including this site also, u should give egg yolk not the white one.

Even my doc had told me to give \" egg yolk\" only. Make sure it is boiled well.

Egg white should not be given to babies as it can cause allergy and also has less nutrition as compared to the yolk (got this info from this site only)

Adults should eat more of the white as yolk has cholestorol

i give egg yolk to my baby, i just boil it and mash it with little bit water, u can add a pinch of salt if u want. don' t give her egg white
