Hi

I was advised not to start cows milk till 10 months, in fact most ppl introduce it after 1 year. Also my doc was very particular that cows milk shuld not be diluted with water. She asked me to start with low fat milk first and if my baby was able to digest it then gradually shift to whole milk.

Regarding sweetening the milk, just try giving her regular milk, she may drink it. If not u can make fruit milk shakes instead of adding lactogen. If u keep adding lactogen she may get used to the taste of formula and it will be diff later. I' m ok with adding a little sugar to the babies milk, but again this is a big no no for most ppl. Most parents try to avoid salt & sugar in the first year

I used to give my daughter regular (blue pack) nandini milk at first. Now I give her nandini full cream milk (red/orange pack)

Regarding the fruits u can give her one fruit every day. So she would be eating each of these twice a week.
when my daughter was abt 10 months old I used to give her 1/2 an avocado every day. It is very high in fat so better go slowly with this fruit.
