Hi, Recently we had siemen analysis and his report is normal but motality of the sperm is
5.3 percentage for 3-4 [Normal should be >25percent]
48.0 percentage for 1- 2 [Normal should be >25 percent]
Overall motality 53.3 percentage [Normal should be >50 percentage]
here first category is very low but second one is much better. Do we need to worry on this? we are try for baby almost 8 months and also taking clomid from last month. So can we take some step for him also

normally, what is important in semen analysis is the number of actively motile sperms.frankly, i couldn' t infer anything like that in your letter.anyway,if your husband' s motility[i mean actively motile sperms]is low just ask him to follow these simple rules.
1]quit smoking/alcohol[if there is any habit]
2]avoid tight fitting underwears[frenchie type]and instead wear loose fit, cotton drawers
3]start jogging [not just waliking!]daily for atleast 20min.[remember, sluggishness of the mind and body gets transmitted to every cell in general]
4] take some anti-oxidants, like coq forte
