Hi Ajay,

I agree with them.Yoga helps a lot.Please do yoga and meditation.Also you can ask your wife to have shivlingi seeds and putrajeevak seeds for gud eggs maturation.Also get ur sperm analysis done at a reputed hospital.
I am not sure about your ages.However if your wife is above 30,i suggest you directly visit an infertility specialist
