Behavioural Problems:My daughter and her best friend

Name: Preethi My daughter and her best friend both 5 years old became friend as I encouraged my daughter make friendship with the other girl who is very outspoken and very active. My sighted is very shy and finally they became very good friend. My daughter never hides anything from me and one day she told me the same day it happened that her friend did a bad touch.I warned my daughter and educated bat the bad touch. This happened 6 months back. Now again my daughter told me that she once touched her friends stomach to see how soft it is. After that her friend started touching my daughters stomach almost twice taking her to a private area. I warned my daughter again but I am trying to keep both the friend away which I am not able to. First of all I wanted to be councilled on how to react. I also want to know if such things are common or rare.???
