Can I give honey to my 3 month old baby?I live in the US and I have heard different opinions about it.

Honey should not be given up to 1 year, because kid can irritate his digestation system and it can cause alergies.

I agree with Priya. Honey shouldn't be given to babies, especially in US. Honey might contain Botulism bacteria and it could cause an infection. You should always talk to your pediatrician before giving any food to your three months old.

Hi Mom,

Pls. don't give honey or any sugar related stuff for the baby untill one full year...Giving honey is dangerous as it might end up with some kind of bacterial infections. 3 months is really early....
