hai,
eat foods rich in iron and folic acid along with fruits with vitamin c like orange and lemon juice. vitamin c helps more absorption of iron.

Hi Anty,

You need to add as much as possible of suppliments in your body while ttc. You also have to worry of your height and weight, better keep in range. It's good to start checking for possible immunization and if needed take some shots. Do not ttc while you take shots.

It would be fun to start taking some Preconception vitamins. Folic acid is the most important than other vitamins at this stage.

Check the hormones before you ttc. This will tell if some help or treatment is essential.
