As per your suggestion i brought Soy Curd and Tofu,yet to get tempeh ,thought will start slowly with Tofu n Soy Curd.I got a plain Soy curd and Flavoured soy curd from a speciality health store.Can i give my 8 month old the one that i brought from the store?Thankyou. Hetal replied. products made from almond tofu are not actually tofu or bean curd,,its a gelatinous dessert made from agar or gelatin and made with either coconut milk or ordinary milk !
so check the ingrediants,,the no of flavourings added other than soybean,, shouldnt be more thn 1...
its main ingrediant should be soybean !
