Hope everybody in this forum are doing great... I had my IUI done yday...My Follicles ruptured much earlier than 36 hours ( Ruptured in 24 hrs ) after having my HCG injection. I had my IUI nearly after 6 to 7 hrs after my egg has ruptured. Just wanted to know if my IUI has been done at the rite time...

I am really hoping every cycle. Hope this cycle works for me...

hi vidhu,
as far as my knowledge goes, an egg will be alive for abt 24hrs after it ruptures from the follicle & sperms can stay alive as long as 72 hrs. so if iui has been done after 6-7 hrs of follicle rupture,its ok i guess. anyway archie can throw a better light on this. good luck.
