Feeding:16 months baby not eating well, low haemoglobin.

Name: worried mom

Hi,

I have a 16 month old baby. She is quite underweight and eats very very less.
Her weight is 9.5 kgs.
Her pediatrician advised for haemoglobin checkup since she was finding the baby quite pale.
Her haemoglobin count came out to be quite low (its 6 whereas the normal is 11). So the doctor advised iron drops which we are giving everyday but still her appetite is not getting any better.
My baby drinks only milk and juices and she doesn' t like to have solids.
We' ve tried everything and try to make meals interesting, but she just refuses to have anything solid, not even dals/rotis.
Earlier she used to have one banana everyday, but now from the last month she is not having banana as well.
Whatever we put in her mouth, she' ll just spit it out.
Even cerelac, khichdi, suji kheer etc...she refuses to eat. She used to have all these when she was 7/8 months old, but after she has turned one, she just doesn' t eat anything.
Her first tooth appeared only after she was one and since that day she has stopped eating. She has got only 5 teeth since now.
She used to have Banana shake earlier but now stopped having that also, so now we have started giving her banana shake in bottle and that she willingly takes since she only drinks milk in bottles.
She sometimes like to have aaloo ki sabji, raw paneer but after one or two spoons, she' ll refuse to eat that also.
She just likes to have ice creams, packed juices etc... but that I want to avoid. We do give her fresh juices also(apple, pomnegrenate, orange).
She doesnot like to have curd. Should I give her fruit yoghurt that is available in the market?
We are feeling so miserable as we have tried everything and we try to give her everything, everything that we eat.
Otherwise she is active & has achieved all her development milestones.

Please help as to how can her appetite be increased and can someone provide a proper diet chart for a 16 month old.

Thanks.
