Feeding:Viral Fever ?

Hi All,

I am having Viral Fever from Last 2 days. I have a 6 month old son. I give him BM only apart from cerelac two times a day. Please let me know what precautions should i take so that the viral does not infect him... I am really worried.

Sam...try to keep him away from you for a while...but that is a tough call....babies do not usually let you do that...i was down with a viral fever few weeks back and my 6 month son wanted to be with me as usual...and finally after a few days, he got sick as well...so i guess thats how it is..he woudnt get viral fever from you breastmilk, but instead maybe from being close to you...or perhaps not..:)
