Developmental Concerns:I need your help.

I have s do not what is this? My son he is now 2 years and 9 month old. But he is not speaking . He speak some thing like Aapo,Daddy,Ma very few words and very ocassionaly. Mostly he goes with taking my hands to things he wants to do.

Also he is not responding on most of instructions. He understand some instruction like let us go to car we are going out , let us go for pee, let us take dinner than he goes to his high chair.

He plays with other kids but not like sharing kind of. He plays by himself only.If I speak him directly than he gives very nice smile and turn his head very nicely and run away. He is keep doing anything all the time and not giving much trouble .He watches Hindi movie also with us very quitely for more than 2 hours.

I do not understand what´ s going on? If anyone has similar behavior noticed and found improvement than please let me know. Your resopnse will be highly appreciated and any suggestion for improvement .Please...Please.Thank you all.
