my 7 month old baby boy is not teking solid food .
ive tried various variety of food like mashed rice, mashed pototoes, khichdi, banana and several other food.
infact he is not having any flaour of cerelac too.
ive tried so many flaours. but he doesnt eat.
if i fource him he cries a lot n doesnt open his mouth also.
i am so worried please help me ?
leela replied. statered late in introducing solid food to our boy child.
first start giving him half a spoon of cerolac rice at 11 in the morning before giving him feed make sur that he is little bit fasted ( means do' t give him milk for 2 hours before feeding so that he wil be hungry and ascept the feed).
once he ascept the feed slowly increase the quantity and also no of feed and do not add salts, sugar or spices to feed. and better to start with single ingradiant later u can go for the mixed food. whish u good luck
