can anyone give me healthy recipe ideas for a 13 month old
( I prefer indian recipes)

Hi,
My daughter is also 13.5 months old.This is her feeding schedule ( approx)

7.30 am - 1 cup of milk
9.30-10 am - Breakfast consisting of one of the following
a. Rawa Kheer with mashed banana or chikoo or apple
b. Oats in milk with one of the above mashed friuts.
c. Small bits of boiled vegetables in rawa - its like a semisolid upma.
d. Various types of sprouted daal mashed and mixed with some spices
e. Atta roti soaked in milk with mashed banana.
f. Chewda in yougurt with some mashed fruit.
d. Nachni kheer with some mashe fruit.

1.00 pm Lunch/8.45-9.00pm dinner.
a.Rice and daal with any of the normal vegetables we eat. Egg boiled or fish or meat on most of the days.
To cook her vegetables cut raw papaya, raw banana, potato, beans ,green peas etc in small cubes.Grate some ginger, garlic . In the pressure cooker give 2 tsp ghee and give tej patta. Then add some hing and the ginger garlic paste and also give some black pepper , garam masla,salt and if required some sugar.When the above is properly sauted, add the vegetables( add the chicken etc also if you are giving those) and shallow fry for about a minute. Then close the cooker lid and let it cook for 2 whistles. You can partly mash the vegetables and serve them with hot and soft rice.

I generally try to give her some of our vegetables also which she accepts well even though they maybe spicy).
Along with the above I also give her plain yougurt without salt or sugar.

In the late evening at around 5.30 pm and 6.00 pm she has a cup of milk and some mashed fruit.
