delivered a cute girl baby on 19th november. there is no enough mothermilk so feeding with cerelac too. how to improve the feeding & milk quantity.

abt brst feedin, have u tried 'shatavari kalp'? if u r in india, try that, i think it works (to get the milk in brsts).also drink lots and lots of fluids...that really helps. also it has been scentifically proven that fenugreek seeds(methi) increases mlk spply....take the methi pwder every day...abt a tea spoon full.

Are u feeding the baby with cerelac? But its not a milk.. its the first cereal u give to babies at the age of 6 months! I think u meant Lactogen..isn't it? BTW i too had to feed my daughter with lactogen from birth because of similar problems like u ( and also unfortunately never gave my 100% effort to BF her).Though at 14 months now she is OK.. but she had innumerable problems back then which included a 3 day stay in the hospital because of extreme diarrhea, lots of facial rashes and constipation. So please BF ur baby at any cost. This is my advice to you.
