We're both in the same boat love.. I also got my period this morning.. though there was light spotting yesterday.. I don't really have any words to express, or comfort you..
Just take care, remember, HE's listening..
I agree with SM, get your doc to talk to your hubby and start taking folic acid, 5 mg, one tablet everyday.

Love,
Sunshine

Hi roops,

u need to take prenatal vitamins.its very important .folic acid is a vit B that can help prevent birth defects of the brain and spinal cord called neural tube defects.folic acid works to prevent these birth defects only if taken before pregnancy and in the first few weeks of pregnancy.

orange juice, other citrus fruits, leafy green vegetables, beans, peanuts, broccoli, asparagus, peas, lentils and whole grain products all contain folate.
start taking your prenatals as soon as possible,
take care.

Really sorry to hear that dear.

Don't get worried ok.Keep up your spirits.

Folic acid is normally suggested by doctors during early pregnancy to help prevent neural defects(the part of a developing baby that becomes the brain and spinal cord) in the baby.

This is normally suggested before pregnancy and during early pregnancy.

Have your doctor talk to your husband regarding the same.

I totally understand your heartbreak but don't ever lose your faith dear.
