Foetal Growth Movements:How can i feel movement?

Hi,
i' m in 19th week.How can i feel the movement?is it move in clockwise or any other way? Recently i' m feeling something different but i can' t understand that. Can i see the movement?

i use to drink sprite as it is caffeine free n then in 5 min my baby use to be everywhere ping pong. or eat something sweet.

Hi Divya,

I am 22 weeks pregnant and I recently started feeling kicks and other movements of my baby.
I don' t know how to explain but when I was 19 weeks, I use to feel little movement (fluttering kindaa) and even I use to wonder if this is what baby' s movement all about. However, one day at my office, I got a good kick from my baby. Trust me in a week or two you will start getting those kicks. In first pregnancy generally the movement is felt little later.
You can also see those kicks at times.

Just wait for that wonderful moment to come.
