my son didnt get gas this time with methi seeds.He ate the whole dosa in both times of meals.also,my batter came out really fluffy and very nicely fermented without any sourness or odd smell.i found out that it used to get sour because i used to keep it under or near my stove, and after that i used to cook. may be because of heat from stove could have affected its texture and taste. this time i kept it in my closet away from my cooking range and it came out very well.
thanks hetal, also i am seriously working on what you said about mil and she was pretty much calm this weekend. hope it works out smoothly/

Aarti, thanks for dosa recipe.it was really quick and now that i have tried it.my baby liked it but could not finish the entire dosa.but i will definately make it on weekdays.
please ignore the comments of pooja.your tips were for me and i have not taken them seriously as the way pooja did.
