I have a 10 months old baby , want to potty train him , i knew the method of potty training but the problem is my baby does not have a regular time for poo sometimes in morning and sometimes in evening , so wat shud i do to maintain the same time ... In one of the previous reply u have told to give food that are rich in fiber , if u dnt mind can u pls tell me the feeding schedule ( from morning till night ) ....

Hetal replied. its better that you give me your baby schedule,so that i know how much fibr he is already taking,,other than that,,,if you want to refer, please go thru the below links of my post that includes a tentative feeding plan or shcedule so to say,,that might guide you to fix your baby schedule..10month old is ready for it..
once that your baby gets into a schedule of proper diet on time,,he is expected to get regular bowels..also to consider addng extra fibr to his diet like apple/prune juice with banana base juice(diluted),pear juice, apricots,,on timely basis on the same time of the day, everyday will help,,other than that,,offerring spinach,greens,tomato soups/other soups,and a proper intake of water will also help him get regular bowels.
soon your baby will be 11months,,so be prepared to make him ready for :

Most doctors say banana doesn't help - the potassium in it makes constipation worse. Remember you can make your own prune puree in a blender. Grape, grapefruit and papaya are also laxative fruits.
