Hi Archie,

It's my 29th day today. Since yesterday I have been getting very vague spotting, and it's brownish... Can u tell me what this could be.
This cycle doc put me on clomid & HCG. unfortunately, my doc is travelling at the moment.
I have been recently exercising, gymmimg/ aerobics the works to shed excess kg's to help my body.
Recently my cycle has been of 30 days. so I was due to start with AF t'moro.
Am thoroughly confused. Please help.
This isn't the first time I've had brownish spotting... it happened in August as well.

Dear Sunshine,
your one mistake is noticeable that you exercise and gym in luteal phase?
Stop doing that. Once you know you are around ovulation give a halt to your execise and overdoing thigs.

take things easy and in relaxed mood will work out in next cycle.

How u doing girl....i am sorry to hear abt this...well like u said this month wasnt it rite...

i hvnt got my periods too...its really delayed..i did a test and yes as usual negative...so i am going to take the medicines...so i get my periods...

this whole thing is screwed..i am getting so frustrated...and to be honest sunshine i dnt feel like believing in god.....there is no positive thing happening...atleast a proper guiding to whts the rite way to take it..thts also not there..dnt knw wht to do...

ANyway...i have left all hopes sunshine..i really hve..i dnt think i will ever hve kids...thts the only thing playing in my head now.
