Hii Prarthana,

I took my BBT today at it was only 97.39. yesterday i had a dip in my temperature and it was 97.05. I am not sure if this temperature rise indicates if ovulation has occured. Can you please shed some light on this.

As it is always said , you can confirm that you ovualted only if your temp remains high from now on ....

but looking at this and ur opk , i think you would have ovulated .....

plz dont stress too much ... hope things work for u this cycle :)
