I just want to let u know girls Ayurveda worked for my Husband.He was taking some Ayurvedic medicines for increasing the sperm count.In his first Semen Analysis his count was 24million/mL and now after taking the Ayurveda medicine for 2 months his count became 88million/mL.
The Med names are
1.Sathavarigritham
2. Abhraka Bhasma

Thanks a lot for message. Could you please give the name of the doctor also.
In addition I have a few questions abt ayurveda and would be very grateful if you answered.
1) How many times do you need to meet the doctor?. Is it sufficient to meet once and take the medicines or is constant monitoring needed?

2) Did you follow any diets in addition to the medicines?

3) Did your husband do any yogasanas in addition to that

4) Are there medicines in ayurveda to increase sperm motility and improve sperm morphology also.

I would love to answer all the qtns for which i have some idea :).I met a the Dr at Thane, Mumbai.He was a malayali Ayurvedic Dr from Kottackal Arya vaidya shala.His name is Muralidharan .

Ans
1.
I just met the Dr only once. We live in USA.So when i went India we consulted with this Dr and he prescribed us these medicines. We baught meds for abt 3 months.So i guess it will sufficient to meet the Dr once and buy meds for couple of months than normally if u r living outside India. Sometimes this meds can increase Blood Sugar and cholestrol level,bz this meds are kinda very sweet.( It is kind of a Ghee).So it will be good if u check cholesterol and sugar levels while u having meds.

2.
Yes .We are strictly following veg diet. And the Dr asked us to reduce sour and spicy food ,avoid curd(Yogurt),and inidan Pickles.
3.
He didnt do any kind of Yoga.But it is advised not to do any hardcore excercises while u r having ur meds Like running in thread mill,taking weights etc. Normal walking is Ok i guess.

4.
My Husbands Morphology and motility was good,So i m not sure abt that.Dr gave the meds for increasing count.But i read somewhere in the net that Abhraka bhasma (Mica Oxide)is very good for the overall quantity and quality of the sperm.
