age ?
age of baby ? baby on solids ? cant give good answers but a general would be enough.
does the urine smell alot and its yellow..then your baby needs an extra boost of liquids.stool colour changes acc to the age and at introduction of solids or formula,,so check on that.
ne fever above 100, ne signs of blue-greenish nails, or activity level gone down, feeling tiredness,,,,,visit your dr asap..
ne signs of stomach discomfort, passing bowels with such a colour, then its not good, contact your dr.
not much can be explained without age of baby or is on solids or exclusively bf or formula.
but in general, babies loose more water by urinating and sweating than adults do ! almost 3times more... thats how their body is programmed, as they are growing and transforming to adults.
until they are adult kids like 2 years and around, their urinating frequency depends on their acitivity levels and fluid amounts taken and also toxins produced by his body after eating solids...so it all depneds..
give your baby plenty of fluids to avoid yellow concentrated colour ! or give pedialyte,,its a good option for kids who dont like to drink water much ! and a couple oz is good to go than 4-5 oz of water,,making extra feeds of liquid easier..if above 1year, give 100% juice...
about stools, check for ne mucus, ne red spots on the diaper area(often caused by some bacterial infections in digestive tracks and it gives red rashes to area wherever that waste(stools) comes in contact,,and if not changed within 30mins..check on the number of bowels, whenever you see a diff texture and diff colour..also check check for smell,,if too smelly,,check on your diet, if bf,or baby diet,,nd check with your dr !
good luck
