Diet and exercise but seeing as you don' t want to d the latter you have only one choice. Calorie reduction, it is not easy to stick to a low calorie diet but if you look around for good foods that fit into the plan half the battle will be solved. It is important to try to plan your meals for the entire day or week so that you are no eating more than you should. I know for myself if I have a typical week I can stick to my usual low cal diet but if I have a function or something to attend I need to accomodate for the extra calories by reducing what I have eaten in the week leading up. You should try to add some exercise into your day and you will see a major change in the shape of your body. You don' t have time to exercise but could you fit in some? Lets say just 10 minutes? If so here is the BEST thing to do... Get a skipping rope. Nothing will burn calories like skipping and it will really be a full on work out. You will probably find that you can' t skip for more than a minute to begin with (how did we manage to do it as kid you will ask) but in time you will get the time up. Devote just 5 minutes morning and night and you' ll have burning more calories than if you had gone on an hours walk. Never say no to exercise!
