Post delivery is a crucial time for the new mother. she has to take complete rest to help heal her body. A healthy diet helps in the healing process and also helps in wight loss. later on you can combine it with some exercises.

Post delivery is extremely critical period. Take care to have small frequent mini meals so as to avoid overeating. Also avoid any sort of junk food as they are full of calories. Intake of water should be increased.

Diet for weight loss should be simple and light. Avoid spicy and oily food. Include more of fruits and vegetables. also increase the intake of water. Dehydration causes an increase in appetite.Take frequent small meals and in no time you will be able to lose weight.
