Foetal Growth Movements:Need advice

Hello Archie,
Hope you remember me. My pregnancy is continuing normally. I am 23 weeks pregnant now. I do feel some baby movements but not much. You have been a great help and I appreciate that very much.

1) Sometimes I have pain on my right side -front to back. is it ok? I also have back ache. I am a thin women with 98 pounds before pregnancy and I have already gained about 18 pounds.

2) Will coughing, sneazing and vomitting harm the baby in any way at this age or after this age? I sometimes get lot of sneazes at a time.

Please kindly advice.
