Hi, i read this in a book. And ya tried it once when i felt the abby kinda locked up in a transverse position in my tummy.
Start showing a torch light on & off on your pelvic region. The baby responds to light by now, hence with this sudden flashes he tries to move towards light.. And u have enough time to help the baby move around. ALso playing some music towards your bottoms will encourage the baby to move downand result in coming to head down position

Subject:  Breach Baby

I found out at 35 weeks that my baby was in breach and was told I had to have a C-Section.
One of the exercises that I did was walking around the room for about 20mins each day on my arms and feet with my bum in the air. This lifts the baby up out of the pelvis and if he/she is going to turn he/she will. I also asked the obst. to try a external version. This was unsuccessful due to the type of breach my baby was in. This was attempted at week 38 as it can bring on labour.
Hope it works out for you.

RE:adoption in a family
hey ananya this is really a very sensitive case and you should think about it before hand as in what the child would think in future as he or she grows up. Or else you will have to do counselling of the child at the right time.... - ridhi [View Message]

Hi Rupal,
So don't you have any other option because it would be very hard for you to abort the child know.So better ask for any other source if not then you decide what to do.... - Amani [View Message]
