Diet Food / Low Calorie Cooking:plz help to lose weight

i'm 26yrs,overweight by 15kgs.actual weight supposed to be 52kgs.i'm a keralite.plz help me with a south indian low calorie diet in order to lose weight.also suggest me some yoga asans which help to lose weight quickly.i'd highly appreciate an early response.please help me!!

hi soumya,
whichever indian you are, there are some ground rules to loose weight.
1. hit the gym big time under a trainer.
2. regulate your food habits. dont skip meals. have breakfast. its the most imp meal of the day.
3.have 5 to 6 small meals a day instead f 3.
4.include lot of fruits and salads in your diet.
5.dont have anything refined like white sugar, rice, maida etc.
6.have 1 litre of water for every 20 kg of your weight.eg-- if ur 50 kg, have 2-5 litre of h2o.
7.dont expect overnite results. stick to your regieme.
8.look at inch reduction than kgs.
start with ths much,rest will fall to place.
