Hi,
I have the bad habbit of putting more salt in curried sometimes.
can anyone pls help me to reduce the salt without spoiling the curries ???

wonder if mixing something into your salt would work. like.... combining 40-50% tumeric powder (or something like that)into your salt shaker. that way when u shake the salt out of habit, it' s less salt getting into your curry and it MIGHT even add extra spice! Just a silly idea that might work!

hi anu,
well you can add half a potato in your curry.The potato will absorb excess salt from your curry.Or the other way is take out the extra curry and add water.You can then balance the salt and spices in your curry.Next time make sure you dont add the salt in one go.Add a bit , taste and if you think you need to add more then add according to your taste.This way you can keep a check in your salt intake.All de best
