I have recently joined office after 8 months. At joining time, my baby was of 7.5 months. Now he is with my In Laws and Maid. in beginning, 2-3 days, he was quiet fine and happy with them. But since 3 days, he realizes in morning that i am going to office and doesn' t want to go away from me since he wakes up in morning. when I hands him over to anybody (Main or someone else), he starts crying. He cries whole day. he reduced his food and even milk intake. at 8 pm, he again expects my comeback and he feels really very very happy with me in night. May be, he is not able to live without me. I am really worried. Pls suggest me what should i do. Sonal replied. Kavita, as you mentioned he has reduced his food and cries alot, this is very serious issue.
U shouldtake leave from your office for say, 1 week and sit back at home with your baby and think about options to help your baby out.
Dont leave him likedis at such younger age, it wuld impact his long-term future in mental and physical way.
